Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) field sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable with field sales, and have a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through field sales and direct customer acquisition.
Acquire new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) customers.
Identify and develop potential customers through field visits, referrals, leads, and local market activities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.




Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.

Candidate Requirements
Any Degree from a recognized institution.
1–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in CASA, banking, BFSI, financial services, or related field sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving licence.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
Age: Up to 35 years.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
