Role Overview:

Support end-to-end business development by working closely with beauty brands to bring product ideas from concept to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with beauty & personal care brands
Pitch private label & contract manufacturing solutions
Understand client requirements (formulation, packaging, MOQ, branding)
Coordinate with R&D; and production teams
Support development of skincare & haircare product lines
Build and maintain robust client relationships

Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in private labeling business, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care.
Interest in beauty & personal care industry
Solid communication & learning attitude
