Job Title: CA – Accounting Operations & FP&A;

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹8–8.5 LPA

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reporting.
Support annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes.
Prepare and analyse Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances, with clear business insights.
Perform P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow and cost analysis and identify key financial trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial data, reporting inputs, and timely closure of accounts.
Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
Develop financial models, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decision-making.




Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation, and strengthening of financial controls.
Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders on ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and FP&A; initiatives.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
