Job Title: Centre Business Development & Marketing

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to existing centres and monitor business performance.
Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing centres.
Identify and evaluate properties for potential current centre sign-ups.
Drive enrolment numbers through local business development and marketing initiatives.
Provide basic training and ongoing support to franchisees.
Develop tie-ups with schools, corporates, and consultants to generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with the creative team for centre-level marketing and promotional requirements.
Support the Area Manager in conducting workshops, MTRs, and other business initiatives.
Plan and execute ATL activities and major events such as LMKC, marathons, walkathons,



and other promotional campaigns.
Identify new prospects for centre expansion, local partnerships, and revenue growth.
Track and report centre-level marketing and business development activities.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
