Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven Program Manager to join our Founder’s Office. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to turn chaos into clarity, execute strategic company-wide projects, and accelerate growth. This role gives you a front-row seat to building and scaling a modern edtech business.

Key Responsibilities
Core Project Execution: Work directly with the founder on high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning product, growth, operations, and finance.
Program Ownership: Design and own end-to-end edtech program rollouts—from curriculum/cohort operations and scheduling to student/teacher onboarding and success.
Data-Driven Decisions: Track metrics, analyze business data,



and build dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive key strategic choices.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, design standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch, and implement tech-forward solutions.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams (sales, tech, marketing, academics) to ensure tight deadlines and business outcomes are met.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2 to 5 years of qualified experience in EdTech Industry
Mindset: Solid ownership mentality ("think and act like a founder"), highly adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a deep bias for action and data fluency (Excel, SQL, or BI tools preferred).
Communication: Crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
