Role Description We are looking for a proactive and organized Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior management and support the smooth execution of business priorities. The role will involve coordinating with different teams, tracking key activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting management in day-to-day decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior management on strategic and operational priorities.
Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Manage and track key assignments, deadlines, meetings, and action points.




Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
Conduct regular follow-ups with department heads and team members.
Identify operational gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.
Support management in meetings, planning, reviews, and special projects.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/MBA preferred.
4–5 years of relevant experience with proven team-handling experience.
