We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and passionate Multi-Cuisine Cook (Chinese & North Indian) to join our energetic kitchen team at siddhi sree Vinayaka located in Thrissur

Key Responsibilities:
​North Indian Cuisine: Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic North Indian dishes including gravies (Dal Makhani, Paneer/mushroom items), tandoor items (if applicable), rotis/naans, and rice preparations.
​Chinese Cuisine: Expertly handle wok stations to cook popular Indo-Chinese items like Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chili mushroom/Paneer, soups, and starters.
​Kitchen Management: Manage daily food preparation (mise en place), maintain stock inventory, and ensure timely order execution during peak hours.
​Hygiene & Safety: Strictly maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.





​Requirements & Qualifications:
​Experience: Minimum [3 to 5 years] of proven hands-on experience working as a Cook or Chef specializing in Chinese and North Indian cuisines.
​Skills: Strong knowledge of spice balancing, sauce preparation, portion control, and fast-paced wok/tava handling.

​Salary: ₹[ 25000 to 30000] per month (Negotiable based on experience and skill level).
