Position: CHA Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CHA Executive to manage customs clearance activities, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities, shipping lines, and clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustoms Clearance & Documentation
Prepare and process import and export documentation.
Handle customs clearance procedures through ICEGATE and customs portals.
Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, and Bill of Entry.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.

Operational Coordination
Track shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
Arrange customs examinations and inspections when required.
Follow up for duty payments, customs approvals, and cargo release.
Coordinate with port authorities, CFS, and warehouses for cargo movement.

Compliance & Reporting




Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and clearance documents.
Monitor changes in customs regulations and communicate updates internally.
Prepare reports on shipment status, pending clearances, and documentation discrepancies.
Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid delays and penalties.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in CHA, customs clearance, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of customs procedures, ICEGATE, and import/export documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
