About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Internal Auditor (ACA) to join our Internal Audit team. The role offers an opportunity to add value to the organization by evaluating business processes, identifying control gaps, recommending process improvements, and uncovering cost optimization prospects.

The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders across functions.

Eligibility
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
CA Final Examination passed with completed Articleship Training
0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Statutory Audit, or related areas

Key Responsibilities
Execute internal audit assignments across business functions and processes.
Prepare audit working papers and documentation in compliance with audit standards.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Review adherence to applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Identify process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing observations, impact, risk rating, root causes, and recommendations.




Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Analyze business and financial data to draw meaningful insights and support audit conclusions.
Collaborate with process owners and management to discuss findings and recommend corrective actions.

Companies Act
RBI Regulations and Compliance Requirements

Understanding of risk-based auditing and internal control frameworks.
