Role & responsibilities :
Lead overall HR strategy across corporate and plant locations.
Partner with the leadership team on workforce planning, talent, performance, succession and organizational development.
Drive Industrial Relations (IR), employee relations, labour laws and statutory compliance across plants.
Oversee plant HR, manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations.
Build HR processes, policies and organizational capabilities aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop the HR team across multiple locations.

Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of experience in HR, preferably from Manufacturing / Plant.
Experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Corporate HR.
Candidates currently working as CHRO / Group HR Head / HR Head / VP HR / HR Director / Plant HR Head preferred.
Robust experience managing multi-plant / multi-location HR operations.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
