Welling Homeopathy Clinics is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and convert our online consultation leads into patients who start treatment.

This is a sales and patient conversion role, not a digital marketing role.

What you will do
Speak with prospective patients who enquire through our online channels.
Follow up with patients after their consultation with our doctors.
Understand their concerns, questions and reasons for hesitation.
Explain the treatment process, fees and next steps.
Handle objections and build confidence.
Follow up systematically with interested prospects.
Convert qualified leads into patients who start treatment.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in our CRM.
Track conversion and revenue targets.
Coordinate with doctors when a patient needs further medical clarification.

What this role is NOTThis is NOT a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing position.

You will not be responsible for:
Running Meta or Google Ads
SEO
Social media management
Content creation
Generating advertising campaigns

Our marketing activities generate the enquiries.



Your responsibility begins when the lead enters the system. You will be responsible for moving the prospect through:

Lead → Consultation → Follow-up → Objection Handling → Treatment Start

Confident on phone and WhatsApp
A strong communicator and listener
Comfortable discussing treatment fees
Valuable at handling objections
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
Comfortable working with sales targets
Empathetic, professional and trustworthy
Experienced in sales, counselling, healthcare sales or consultative selling

Healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding their concerns and closing sales, this role could be a positive fit.
