We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant General Manager – Café to lead our café operations and drive growth in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end café operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
Manage, mentor and develop the café team
Drive exceptional customer experience and service standards
Manage inventory, suppliers, cost control and waste reduction
Oversee sales, cash management, budgeting and performance reporting
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and hygiene standards
Drive operational improvements, customer retention and revenue growth
Support strategic initiatives, marketing activities and brand growth

What We’re Looking For:




Proven experience in Restaurant Management / Café Operations / F&B;
Solid leadership and team-management skills
Excellent understanding of P&L;, budgeting and sales analysis
Experience in inventory and cost control
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused and passionate about delivering memorable experiences
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Work Schedule:

Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
