About the Role

GatiCharge is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of its EV charging infrastructure network.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, acquiring charging locations, developing strategic partnerships and converting prospects into operational business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new EV charging station opportunities.
Build relationships with landowners, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties and businesses.
Generate and manage the complete B2B sales pipeline.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
Develop fleet and institutional charging prospects.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for site feasibility.
Maintain CRM/MIS and sales reports.




Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of relevant B2B/business-development experience.
Experience in EV, automotive, infrastructure, energy, telecom, real estate or related sectors preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
Self-driven and comfortable working in a growth-stage organisation.

Candidates with relevant EV, mobility, infrastructure, energy, automotive, fleet, real estate or B2B experience will be considered for appropriate roles. Pay: ₹54,130.04 - ₹78,525.67 per month
