Job Responsibilities
Prepare pizzas, sauces, toppings and other menu items as per standard recipes and SOPs.
Handle pizza preparation, baking, cutting and plating.
Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
Handle dine-in, takeaway and online orders.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment and dining area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Check stock availability and support inventory management.
Assist with receiving, storing and organizing raw materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
Work as part of a team and support daily café operations.
Maintain proper grooming and skilled behaviour.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery or pizza outlet is preferred.
Freshers with a valuable attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Candidates from Shivamogga or nearby areas are preferred
