Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Healthcare Call Centre Executive to handle patient calls, appointment requests, inquiries, follow-ups, and customer support. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with patients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Provide information about healthcare services, diagnostic tests, doctors, and facilities.
Respond to patient queries and resolve basic concerns.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and services.
Maintain accurate patient/customer information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Make outbound calls for patient follow-ups and service-related activities.




Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
Ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Previous call centre, customer service, hospital, or healthcare experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English and [Local Language].
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
