We are looking for a qualified and practical Civil Engineer to join our corporate office. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction projects, procurement of construction materials, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and execution of construction and renovation projects.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Assist with architectural drawings, layouts, measurements, and project requirements.
Handle purchasing and procurement of construction materials and products.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors,



and maintain cost records.
Monitor material quality, quantity, specifications, and timely delivery.
Conduct site visits whenever required and monitor work progress.
Assist management with project costing, budgeting, and construction-related reports.

Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant construction experience.
Positive knowledge of construction materials, purchasing, and vendor management.
Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction plans.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
