Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of site experience to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other site team members.
Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Take measurements and maintain daily site records and work reports.
Read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.




Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, materials, measurements, and progress.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Follow and maintain site safety procedures and construction standards.
Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the office team regarding project updates, requirements, and material planning.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
