Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage technical and facilities management operations across a cluster of commercial properties.
Act as a subject matter expert for Power, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and Lift systems.
Ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and reliability of all MEP systems.
Guide and support property engineering teams in resolving technical issues.
Ensure delivery of facilities management services in line with operational and safety standards.
Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
Lead and execute technical projects, upgrades, and fit-outs across properties.
Conduct technical audits and drive best practices in facilities and engineering operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Facilities Management and MEP systems.
Experience in commercial buildings / business parks will be preferred.
Exposure to project management and technical upgrades is an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification:
12+ years of experience in technical operations.
BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
