Role Overview: Supports the bakery section in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts to Paashh's standards, working closely with senior kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bakery items as per standardized recipes
Assist in mise-en-place and daily production planning
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section
Monitor stock levels of bakery ingredients
Support senior bakers/chefs during peak service
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a bakery/pastry section, preferably in a restaurant or hotel
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
Local candidate and immediate joiner preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
