Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 chefs to join our kitchen team. Candidates should have a strong interest in food preparation, good knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
Work in the assigned section and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Handle mise en place, food preparation, portioning, and plating.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen team members during service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Executive Chef.

Candidate Requirements




Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.
Freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.
Valuable understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable discipline, punctuality, and communication skills.

Positions Available
Commis 1 – Experienced candidates with good section-handling skills.
Commis 2 – Candidates with basic professional kitchen experience.
Commis 3 – Entry-level candidates / culinary trainees.
