The Commis 3 Chef is the entry-level role in the RAJI kitchen, responsible for daily prep: cutting and washing vegetables, soaking and grinding batters, and weighing out chutneys, sambar and podis exactly to recipe. During service, the Commis 3 keeps the griddle and hot stations stocked, supports senior chefs on the line, and keeps their station clean and organised to FSSAI hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
