We are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and highly organized Ophthalmology Counsellor to serve as the vital link between our medical team and our patients. In this role, you will guide patients through their eye-care journey—specialising in patient education for advanced procedures such as Cataract (Phacoemulsification), LASIK/Refractive surgeries, Glaucoma treatments, and Retina care. You will manage surgical conversions, address medical anxieties, explain financial packages, and ensure a seamless inpatient/outpatient flow
