Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer relationships and regular communication.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related calls.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
Coordinate and process customer orders.
Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) as required.
Follow up with customers for payments.
Coordinate with internal departments for order and dispatch status.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software.
Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered based on suitability.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
