Responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues. Handle collection calls and field visits, wherever required. Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and coordinate for timely resolution. Achieve assigned collection targets and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required.
Tamil-speaking candidates will be preferred.
