CRM Coordinator – Real Estate Golden Creek Homes is hiring a CRM Coordinator to manage CRM operations, lead allocation, MIS reporting, and coordination between Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Manage CRM data and lead allocation.
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6months to 1 years of CRM/MIS experience.
Valuable knowledge of Excel and CRM software - Solid communication and coordination skills.
