Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage salary structures, compensation programs and perks across the organisation.
-Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
-Lead annual compensation reviews, increments, promotions and bonus cycles .
-Manage variable pay, incentives and rewards programs .
-Ensure pay equity, internal parity and compliance with applicable regulations.
-Work on HR analytics and compensation dashboards to support business decisions.
-Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation planning and employee retention .
-Manage perks such as insurance, allowances, wellness and other employee advantages .
-Support budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis for compensation.
-Drive improvements in Total Rewards policies, processes and systems .
