Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer/CHA queries and provide shipment updates.
Coordinate with Shipping Line, CHA, Transporter and CFS Operations.
Prepare and verify import/export and cargo-related documents.
Coordinate container/cargo delivery, examination and gate activities.
Maintain shipment records, system updates and documentation.
Qualification: Graduate Experience: 1–4 years in CFS preferred
Skills: MS Excel, documentation, communication, coordination and customer handling.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
