What you'll own
Visualize and write scripts for all video content — you write everything yourself, no separate copywriter behind you
Plan recurring content formats, series and IPs, not just individual posts — build and maintain the content calendar
Plan shoots ahead of time: briefs, shot lists, talking points, so production isn't improvising on set
Bring the sharp ideas — hooks, formats, trend angles — around each piece, not just competent writing




Zero tolerance for spelling or number errors across everything published
Write within the brand's "reset" platform (Open. Inhale. Reset.) consistently across products

What we need
3–5 years writing and planning content for a brand or content-first team — scripts, not just static copy
Can show recurring formats or series you've planned, not only single pieces
Sharp language and editing skills — this is the only dedicated writer on the team
Comfortable working closely with a producer/editor to turn ideas into shootable briefs

Nice to have
Experience with D2C, wellness, or Gen-Z-facing brands
A portfolio of scripts or reels, not just written articles
