Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Counter Sales Associate to serve as the face of our shop — taking orders, preparing items, handling payments, and creating a outstanding experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or register
Prepare and serve drinks following recipes and quality standards
Handle cash and card transactions, process refunds, and balance the till at shift end
Maintain a clean, organized counter and workstation, following health and safety guidelines
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed and flag low inventory to management
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints politely or escalate to a supervisor when needed
Work efficiently during peak hours to keep wait times low

Requirements
Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a rapid-paced workplace

Recommendation :
Experience with POS systems
Multilingual ability, if serving a diverse customer base

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
