Your key responsibilities are as under:
- Own full P&L; accountability across sales, marketing, NPD, and creative functions, reporting directly to the CEO
Define and execute category strategy split between hair accessories (essentials, gifting, occasion-wear) and hair beauty (perfumes, extensions, colours and any other categories that are a strategic fit for HairDrama)
Drive channel mix strategy across marketplaces, quick commerce, the D2C website, retail/offline, and international business
Approve the seasonal and Occasion-calendar product roadmap jointly with the Beauty and Fashion Product Heads
Set brand positioning and creative direction; sign off on all major campaigns
Own the complete customer and revenue journey (brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, first and repeat purchases and customer lifetime value).
Own revenue and marketing efficiency targets - GMV, net sales, ROAS, CAC, and blended contribution margin
Establish and setup best practices for analytics,



metrics and KPIs for the team
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales, marketing, and product leadership team
Translate category and channel strategy into actionable growth plans across DTC, quick commerce, marketplaces, offline retail and international business.
Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leadership on annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for sales and marketing and ensure alignment of key metrics.
Monitor category, channel, and campaign performance, adjusting strategy to achieve revenue and efficiency targets
Own the inventory levels and categories split across the organisation
