Job Role and Responsibilities
1) Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and service, and providing management with feedback.
Promotion and up-sales of products to meet monthly targets and projections.
Stock Management and timely requisition of materials for smooth functioning. Eligibility criteria:
1) Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in any Hotel/ Café/ Restaurant.
Well-groomed, qualified appearance required.
Ability to convince customer with products and build customer relationship.
