Coordinate with employees, hospitals, dispensaries, and ESIC offices for claim settlements.
Handle ESIC inspections and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit ESIC reports and returns within prescribed timelines.
Monitor employee eligibility and contribution details.
Resolve employee queries related to ESIC advantages and claims.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and compliance records.
Liaise with internal HR, payroll, and operations teams for ESIC-related activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
