:
Handle and coordinate Commercial Lines claims from intimation to settlement.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Engineering Claims and/or Motor Claims.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
Verify claim documents and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Follow up on claim status, queries, assessments, and settlements.
Maintain accurate claim records and provide regular updates to clients.
Resolve claim-related queries and ensure smooth claim processing.
Key Skills:
Experience in Engineering Claims and/or Motor Claims
Positive understanding of the claims process
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Robust documentation and follow-up skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
