Prepare and maintain academic timetables for all programs and batches.
Allocate faculty members and classrooms based on course and session requirements.
Ensure schedules are properly coordinated and free from conflicts or overlaps.
Make necessary timetable adjustments based on faculty availability and student requirements.
Faculty &
Resource Management
Coordinate with faculty members to confirm availability and teaching schedules.
Allocate faculty to classes based on subject expertise, availability, and workload.
Ensure classrooms, studios, and other academic resources are arranged and available for each session.
Monitor resource utilization and address any scheduling-related requirements.
Communication &
Notifications
Communicate schedule updates and changes to faculty members and academic coordinators in a timely manner.
Inform relevant departments about changes in classroom allocation, timings,



or session schedules.
Identify and resolve scheduling issues proactively to ensure smooth academic operations.
Attendance Monitoring &
Policy Compliance
Monitor class attendance and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Ensure classes are conducted according to the approved academic calendar and institutional policies.
Maintain accurate and updated attendance records.
Support faculty members in complying with attendance and academic requirements.
Rescheduling &
Cancellations
Handle last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and faculty unavailability efficiently.
Coordinate substitute faculty members whenever
