Handle customer queries and provide support through chat Only .
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are eligible.
Candidates with less than 1 year of BPO/Non-BPO experience can apply.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.

Salary
Freshers: ₹18,000 + ₹1,750 Travel Allowance
Experienced: ₹22,000 + ₹1,750 Travel Allowance
