About the Role

Lnexira is looking for motivated and energetic Sales Executives to join our Kolkata team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, and help grow our business by closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, emails and in-person meetings
Understand customer needs and present our products and services clearly
Generate new leads and follow up with them regularly
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Keep accurate records of leads, sales and follow-ups
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi
Confident,



positive attitude with a solid desire to learn and grow
Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones
Freshers are welcome to apply; full training will be provided

What We Offer
Salary of INR 20,000 per month
Paid training at the start of employment
Confirmation review after 6 months
After successful confirmation, an all-India travel package of up to INR 1,00,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
