Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Dealers, Architects, and Interior Designers.
Manage orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update CRM records.
Support the sales team in lead management and business conversion.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from enquiry to after-sales.
