Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with customers.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery, and pending requirements.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports.
Support the Sales team in customer retention, repeat orders, and business development.
Ensure qualified and timely communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Job Requirements
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and ERP/CRM.
