nAbout the Role

nLead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team on key business decisions.

nKey Responsibilities

Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; build annual vision and roadmaps
n
Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management team
n
Drive client retention through strong relationship management
n
Handle high-stakes client escalations with maturity and discretion
n
Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service quality
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with 2–3+ years leading a team
n
Experience with HNI/UHNI clientele or a premium/luxury service background (hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, etc.)
n
Exceptional English communication and people skills
n
Genuine interest in health & longevity
n

nLocation: Rangpuri, Recent Delhi — On-site

nSchedule: 6 days/week, no hybrid/remote
