Required Qualifications
Bachelors in Civil Engineering and 7+ years in Contracts Management

Key Responsibilities
Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions, Railway standards, and project specifications.
Review and process contractor bills, variation orders, claims, EOTs, and payment certifications.
Monitor contract performance, identify contractual risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation for audits and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and PMC team on contractual matters and submit periodic contract progress reports.
