Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand and process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with customers to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
Follow up on orders, dispatches, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain proper records and update order status.
Tracking orders and coordinate with logistics team for delivery
Requirements:
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Valuable customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Prior experience in order processing/customer coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
