CRE – Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Handle customer calls, enquiries, and appointments.
Follow up with existing and new customers.
Promote salon services, memberships, and products.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Coordinate with salon staff for smooth customer service.
Support billing and reception activities when required.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Previous salon/retail experience preferred.

Pay: ₹9,696.20 - ₹31,706.86 per month
