Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand students' requirements regarding country, course, university, intake, and budget.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic counsellors and application teams for student requirements and updates.
Explain the overall study-abroad process, including admissions, documentation, and application timelines.
Keep students informed about application progress, offer letters, deadlines, and other key updates.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.




Follow up on leads and support the team in achieving enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment targets.
Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Collect feedback from students and parents and identify prospects to improve customer experience.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective students until successful enrolment.
Ensure all customer information and documents are handled confidentially.
