We are a Coimbatore-based real estate and construction company known for premium residential developments, including a flagship luxury villa community.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Content & Marketing Executive who can plan, create, and edit content across digital platforms while supporting our broader marketing efforts for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage content calendars for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy — captions, ad copy, brochures, landing pages
Edit and refine visual/written content for consistency in brand tone and quality
Support digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with copy and creative inputs
Coordinate with design/creative resources for posters, carousels, and video content
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data




Assist with marketing collateral for sales presentations and site launches

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in content planning and content editing (real estate/construction industry experience a plus)
Robust command of written English; editing and proofreading skills essential
Working knowledge of digital marketing — social media, basic paid ads concepts
Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to scheduling tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or related field

Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate or property marketing
Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
Comfortable coordinating with designers and ad platforms (Meta/Google Ads)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
