Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift Duration: 9 Hours (8 Hours Login + 1 Hour Break)

Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹22,000 per month + applicable night allowance

Eligibility
Graduates/Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Good verbal and written communication
Customer-focused and confident personality
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Assist with orders, delivery, cancellations, refunds and general queries
Maintain qualified communication with customers
Follow quality standards and process guidelines
Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Key: Candidates with strong English communication and customer-handling skills are preferred. This role involves direct customer interaction, so basic or weak English communication may not be suitable. Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
