Back Office of Wordcraft Legal Translations, UAE

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Credit Follow-Up Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding pending and outstanding payments
Make regular follow-up calls and communicate payment reminders
Maintain proper records of customer payment status and follow-ups
Coordinate with customers regarding payment delays and expected payment dates
Follow up consistently until payments are received
Update the concerned team regarding collection status
Maintain skilled and positive communication with customers

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (Mandatory)
Hindi communication is an advantage




Confident in making customer calls and handling follow-ups
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills
Persistent, organized, and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply
