nAbout the Role

nShape SCG’s voice in India across internal and external communications . You will craft content, support campaigns and events, coordinate media/agency partners, and ensure messaging is consistent with SCG’s regional brand.

nKey Responsibilities

Develop content for announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging.
n
Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to drive employee engagement.
n
Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets.
n
Partner with business leaders to spotlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
n




Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.
n
Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows.
n
Provide support on issues/crisis communications as directed.
n

nQualifications

n

n
Bachelor’s in Communications/PR/Journalism or related field; portfolio or writing samples helpful.
n
Robust writing/editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination.
n
Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
n
Recent graduates with excellent writing and initiative are welcome to apply.
