nShree Radha Studio is hiring a data-driven CRM & B2B Sales Executive to manage client relationships and increase domestic and international sales.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
Analyse ERP data, charts and sales reports to identify customer and product opportunities.
n
Match the right products with the right clients at the right time.
n
Identify priority-clearance, slow-moving and discount-worthy inventory.
n
Manage B2B client WhatsApp groups and maintain follow-up schedules based on client category.
n
Convert enquiries into orders and coordinate dispatch, delivery and fulfilment.
n
Assist with import-export documentation for international sales.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
n

nRequirements

n

n
2+ years of experience in CRM, B2B sales, account management or sales analytics.
n
Robust analytical ability and confidence interpreting charts, reports and customer data.
n
Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi.
n
Comfortable with ERP/CRM systems, Excel and WhatsApp Business.
n
Solid follow-up, negotiation and sales-conversion skills.
n
Apparel, textile, wholesale or export experience is preferred.
