Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice) to join our international BPO team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice process and possess excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and skilled resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow company processes, call-handling guidelines, and quality standards.
Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain professional communication and proper call etiquette.
Work effectively in a team and contribute to overall process performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO / International Voice Process.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/tools.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon/Gurugram location.
