nKey Responsibilities:

nCustomer Support

nWelcome and assist workspace members, visitors, and guests.

nHandle customer queries through calls, messages, email, or in person.

nUnderstand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance or information.

nCoordinate with the concerned team to resolve customer issues or requests.

nFollow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure.

nMaintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly approach at all times.

nCollect customer feedback and escalate recurring concerns to the concerned team.

nWorkspace Administration

nSupport the day-to-day operations of the workspace.

nMaintain records related to members, visitors, bookings, and other workspace activities.

nAssist with meeting room, workspace, and facility-related coordination.

nCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other service providers whenever required.

nMonitor basic office and facility requirements and report issues promptly.

nAssist with inventory and stationery management.





nSupport documentation, filing, data entry, and other administrative activities.

nEnsure common areas and customer-facing areas are maintained properly in coordination with the respective teams.

nCoordination & Operations

nCoordinate with internal teams for customer and workspace-related requirements.

nAssist in organizing meetings, events, and other workspace activities.

nMaintain daily reports and operational records.

nEscalate significant or unresolved issues to the appropriate person.

nTake up other administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.

nRequirements

nAny degree / diploma.

nFreshers are welcome to apply.

nGood interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

nAbility to multitask and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities.

nShould be organized, punctual, and responsible.

nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.
